2018 Guest Review Award for team Lexden
Team Lexden is on a high! We have been awarded the prestigious 2018 Guest Review Award from the popular site Booking.com, after receiving a score of 9.2 stars from online guest reviews.
This award focuses on recognising business owners for outstanding hospitality based on guests’ online review scores and is calculated based on the reviews from the past 24 months.
The award is given to bed and breakfasts, hotels and guesthouses whose review rating is between 8 to 10 stars (out of 10), with a minimum of 5 online reviews. We currently have 44 reviews in total and have a guest rating of 9.2!

- Tranquillity and style in PMB – 10 stars
The room was large and well-appointed with quality furnishings. The linen and bath towels were clean, fresh and new. The bathroom was clean. The staff was attentive and the owner was very accommodating even when we had a last minute change and a very late arrival. Location was in a lovely garden and close to PMB central.

I loved the flexibility they afforded me regarding my breakfast. The property was readily and easily accessible to me at whatever time, thus I felt I was in my own home.
We are extremely proud of this award as we pride ourselves on excellent, friendly service, a spectacular garden, our classically designed rooms and our tranquil setting. We are so grateful to our guests for leaving reviews and hope to see lots of new faces this year!
