However, during this time of uncertainty, we would like to put your minds at ease and let you know that your safety is, and has always been, a priority. We have now simply implemented extra measures to ensure your stay continues to be as comfortable and stress-free, as always, just with added hygiene precautions as advised by the World Health Organisation.
We have educated ourselves and our staff on the new procedures for disinfecting all common areas, as well as door handles, surfaces, our coffee/ tea stations and are constantly disinfecting all rooms and restrooms after each use.
For the safety of our staff and guests, we are following the rigorous personal hygiene measures of washing hands for the correct length of time and sanitizing constantly.
We understand that many of you may be wary of travelling at this time which is why we are offering guests deposit refunds for reservations booked on or before 14 March with a check in date up to the 14th of April 2020. Please note that this policy may not cover any new bookings.
